Understanding the Tier 4 Framework
Rather than following a rigid curriculum, Tier 4 relies on a structured, director-approved progression:

The performer and director outline five specific, measurable milestones or deliverables aligned with their chosen operational focus. Examples include launching a studio marketing campaign, organizing a backstage prop inventory, managing front-of-house logistics, or directing a community showcase.
CHARM Values Application
For each milestone, the performer documents how they actively applied the core CHARM principles (Compassion, Honesty, Accountability, Respect, and Motivation) within their leadership capacity.
Season-End Director Verification
At the conclusion of the season, the Studio Director reviews the completed milestones and submits final verification to seal the endorsement modifier on the performer's permanent registry record.

Performer Profile Activation Checklist
