Prior Learning Review
How to Log Your Child's Prior Years Accurately
If your student has completed consecutive years of performing arts training prior to this registry activation, we want to ensure their hard work is fully recognized. The Accomplished Performer Credential (APC) serves as the base milestone prerequisite. If your student is pursuing the advanced Bharatanatyam Conservatory Credential (BCC), it requires a minimum of 4 years of dedicated conservatory study to earn. To establish eligibility for the BCC review process, candidates must complete 4 years to earn the foundational APC first, after which their additional studio training years count directly toward the conservatory tracking sequence.
Find your student's total experience path below:
- If your child has 1 to 3 years of total training: Use the corresponding button on the top row.
- If your child has exactly 4 years of total training: Select Verify Full APC on the top row.
- If your child has 5 to 7 years of total training: Look at the bottom row (e.g., 5 total studio years equals the full APC plus 1 year of BCC track tracking).
- If your child has 8 or more years of total training: Select the final card on the bottom row to account for their extended training history.
