Foundational Program Cohort (FPC Track)1. CHARM Values (Character & Leadership)
FPC-C1 — Compassion / Early Sharing
Demonstrates kind behavior, takes turns willingly, and offers positive peer encouragement during group alignment exercises.
FPC-H2 — Honesty / Authentic Effort
Demonstrates sincere effort, listens attentively to direct teacher guidance, and shows willingness to try again after a mistake.
FPC-A3 — Accountability / Readiness
Arrives on time, wears appropriate uniform or artistic attire, and manages personal items responsibly.
FPC-R4 — Respect / Active Listening
Follows classroom expectations, looks directly at the instructor during directions, and remains quiet when others speak.
FPC-M5 — Motivation / Focus & Grit
Sustains personal focus through short practice intervals and maintains positive attitude through repetitive structural cycles.
2. Global Cultural Awareness (GA)
FPC-GA1 — Historical Context Reception
Recognizes and reacts with curious engagement or focused listening to diverse rhythms, classic movement styles, or traditional storytelling elements.
FPC-GA2 — Collaborative Alignment
Adapts successfully to shared spaces, tracks physical or acoustic cues from instructors, and coordinates with collective group pulses.
FPC-GA3 — Creative Self-Expression
Utilizes imagination, physical gestures, or script elements to translate simple feelings or narrative themes into movement, sound, or text.
FPC-GA4 — Shared Project Awareness
Demonstrates cooperative understanding of how individual practice blocks, dialogue sections, or staging segments combine to build a final presentation.
FPC-GA5 — Studio Camaraderie
Demonstrates basic behavioral markers of kindness, active helpfulness, and an encouraging, welcoming attitude toward all studio peers.
3. Performance Mastery (PM)
FPC-PM1 — Local Performance - Intro
Participates within an in-studio open house or introductory showcase, showing poised behavior and routine maintenance under external tracking.
FPC-PM2 — Local Performance - Final
Fulfills performance participation and baseline composure metrics within a formal year-end recital, stage presentation, or showcase.
